Disassemble/Reassemble Technician - Collision Center West

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Plans work procedures with lead technicians and service advisors.

- Completes the disassembly of vehicles in an organized manner.

- Repairs plastic parts using a variety of hand and power tools.

- Performs minor repairs based on qualifications.

- Inspects repair for fit and integrity.

- Complies with all Brenner safety rules, guidelines and standards.

- Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair.

 

Requirements:

- Must have a valid driver's license.

- Must be eligible for coverage under Zurich's insurance policy.

- Must complete a pre-employment criminal background check & drug screening.

- Will be regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels in this working environment.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Mechanical background preferred.

Body Shop Technicians - Collision Center West

Brenner Collision Center West of Mechanicsburg, PA has openings for Auto Body Technicians for morning, afternoon and evening shifts!

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in auto body repair.

- Inspect vehicles according to the dealership's requirements for top quality.

- Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.

- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.

- Makes decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost and cycle time.

- Complies with all Brenner safety rules, guidelines and standards.

- Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.

 

Requirements:

- Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy.
- Must complete a criminal background check & drug screening.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and must be able to walk, sit, bend, push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach or crawl frequently.
- Regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts.
- Moderate noise levels in this working environment.
